These terms govern your purchase of the paid cohort Social Baniya — Meta Ads Mastery, operated by Sociban Digital Solution Private Limited (CIN U73100HR2024PTC126485; GSTIN 06ABOCS7457F1ZV; registered office 584, First Floor, Sector 33, Part-1, Hisar, Haryana – 125011) (“Sociban”, “we”). By contacting us or paying, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. What you get

A live cohort program (6 modules) delivered over live online sessions, plus the bonuses listed on the sales page, plus access to the private cohort community for the stated period.
Session recordings for revision where provided.
A Certificate of Completion on finishing the cohort and submitting the required implementation.

2. No-refund policy

All sales are final. No refunds are provided once payment is made — this is a digital, high-access live program and seats in a limited founding batch are reserved on payment. Please read the full curriculum and the FAQ before you pay.

Nothing in this clause limits any right you may have under applicable law that cannot be excluded. If a duplicate or failed transaction is charged, contact abhishek@socialbaniya.com with the payment ID and it will be reversed.

3. Results disclaimer

Any student results, ROAS figures or revenue numbers shown are real individual outcomes and are not typical or guaranteed. Your results depend on your offer, budget, market, creative and execution. We make no earnings or outcome guarantee.

4. Payments & price

Payments are processed by Razorpay. The founding-batch price is ₹7,999 for the in-person (Offline, Hisar) mode and ₹4,999 for the live Online (Zoom) mode, unless a different amount is shown at checkout. Applicable taxes (GST), if any, are as displayed at checkout. A GST invoice will be issued to the email provided.

5. Your conduct

Access is for one named individual. Do not share joining links or logins.
Do not record, screen-capture, redistribute, resell or publish the course material.
We may remove a participant for abusive behaviour, payment fraud, or IP theft, without refund.

6. Intellectual property

All course content, frameworks, templates and materials are owned by Sociban Digital Solution Private Limited and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning use only.

7. Not affiliated with Meta

“Meta” and the Meta logo are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. This course is independently created and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta, other than Sociban Digital Solution Private Limited's status as an Official Meta Business Partner.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the course is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost ad spend, lost revenue or lost profit.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hisar, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
