This Privacy Policy explains how Sociban Digital Solution Private Limited (“Sociban”, “we”, “us”), which operates the brand Social Baniya — Meta Ads Mastery, handles personal data collected via the website https://metaads.socialbaniyaacademy.in and its related registration and payment flows.

1. What we collect

• Course purchase: name, email, phone and payment instrument details — captured and processed by Razorpay on Razorpay's hosted checkout. We never see or store your card / UPI / bank details; we receive only a payment ID and payment status.
• Application form: when you fill the form on this site we collect your name, WhatsApp/phone number, your answers (why you want to learn Meta Ads, interest in the next batch), the page/ad campaign you came from, and your IP address and device info. It is stored on our own web server and in a private Google Sheet that only our team can open, and used only to contact you about the course. The form itself sends Meta and Google only an anonymous "form submitted" event. Later, when your enquiry moves ahead (for example a demo is booked or you enroll), we may send Meta a one-way hashed (irreversible) version of your phone number and name, with the ad cookie ID, so it can measure which ads bring genuine students. Your raw number is never sent to Meta.
• WhatsApp contact: if you tap a WhatsApp button and send the message, your phone number and message reach us through WhatsApp.
• Usage & device data: IP address, browser/device info, pages viewed and interactions — via the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 and standard web-server logs.

We do not ask for data beyond the above.

2. Purpose (why we use it)

• To reply to your application and, if you enroll, deliver the paid cohort — joining links, onboarding, and support.
• To call / WhatsApp you about the course and answer your questions.
• To measure and improve our advertising (aggregated conversion reporting).
• To meet legal, tax, accounting and audit obligations.

We process this data on the basis of your consent and to perform the service you asked for. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who we share it with

• Razorpay Software Private Limited — payment processing (policy).
• Meta Platforms, Inc. — advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel / Conversions API. Where contact data is used for ad matching it is hashed with SHA-256 before transmission, never sent in plain text.
• Google LLC — Google Sheets / Workspace, where our team keeps the application-form list to follow up with you; and website analytics via Google Analytics 4 (aggregated traffic and button-click / purchase events; no name, email or phone number is sent to Google Analytics). policy.
• Hostinger — website hosting and server logs.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — messaging, only when you start the chat.
• Government / regulatory authorities where required by law.

4. Retention

We retain purchase records, invoices and communications for as long as needed to provide the course and to meet statutory requirements under the Companies Act, 2013 and tax laws (up to 8 years from the end of the relevant financial year), after which they are deleted or anonymised.

5. Your rights — Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

You may request access to, correction of, updating of, or erasure of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing already done). You may also nominate another person to exercise these rights in the event of death or incapacity.

6. Cookies & tracking

This site loads the Meta Pixel from connect.facebook.net, which sets cookies (_fbp, and _fbc if you arrive from a Meta ad) to attribute conversions. Google Analytics 4 sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to count visits and measure which pages and buttons are used. Google Fonts load from Google's CDN. Razorpay sets cookies only on its own checkout page. We set no other advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; the core pages still work.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS with security headers (Content-Security-Policy, HSTS, X-Frame-Options, Referrer-Policy). We store no card data and no passwords. Payment security is handled by Razorpay under PCI-DSS.

8. Children

This program is intended for adults who run or market a business. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date will change and material changes will be highlighted here.
